Responsibilities:Getting an incredibly deep understanding of our customers, current and future. From roles and skill sets to their ecosystem, mental models and usage patterns.Deep dive into the market to become an expert in the competitive and supportive product and technical landscape. Define well thought out product definitions, working with all disciplines from sales and marketing to development, design, and customer support to ensure our customers and the product connect.Execute seamlessly to ship a high quality product, fast.Track results and iterate decision making in a qualitative and quantitative data driven way.
About you: At least a 5 year track record of hands-on product management with an emphasis on shipping highly successful experiences.Deeply passionate about customers, getting to know them and representing them in the organization.Highly independent, can research and become the subject matter expert autonomously. Work well in ambiguous situation, knowing how to bring information down to earth and communicate in appropriate detail to get things done.Great at working with design and development teams to get great products out the door.
Bonus:Experience in B2B products.Understanding of the data stack.
