Staff Accountant

Alooma is seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to support our Finance team. This role will play a key role in executing Alooma’s day-to-day accounting functions. This position will be contract to start with potential to go full-time. This role will report directly to our VP of Finance.
Responsibilities:
  • Process Sales Orders and invoices
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Accounts Receivable tracking
  • Validate employee reimbursement reports
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Assist with special projects
  • About You:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
