Alooma is seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to support our Finance team. This role will play a key role in executing Alooma’s day-to-day accounting functions. This position will be contract to start with potential to go full-time. This role will report directly to our VP of Finance.
Responsibilities:Process Sales Orders and invoicesAccounts Payable processingAccounts Receivable trackingValidate employee reimbursement reportsConduct monthly account reconciliationsMaintain vendor filesAssist with special projects
About You:Degree in Accounting or related field, preferredProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with NetSuite a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently
