Alooma is looking for an Account Executive who is responsible for growing our business and presence within the market. We need an experienced sales person who has a consultative sales approach and a successful track record growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills. This individual must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and delivering results against a quota. This individual will provide the best sales experience possible for our customers.
Responsibilities:Become the resident expert on the Alooma platform, acquiring new customers for our cloud-based softwareDemonstrating / selling value to key stakeholders within the accountsExceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basisSell in collaboration with Solutions Engineering team in big data subject matterLead demos and manage trialsManage opportunities through negotiation to closeEnsuring 100% satisfaction within your accounts
About You:Bachelor’s degree2+ years of software selling experienceExperience selling software as a serviceConsistent track record of success with quotaExperience managing and closing complex sales-cyclesThorough understanding of a related technologyProven skill in conducting virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processesProficiency using salesforce.comStrong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to othersVibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
