The Alooma Alliance Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a list of assigned systems integration partners (SI’s) in the Cloud and Business Analytics market space. S/he will focus on building and expanding partnerships that include developing unique joint value propositions, building and driving a business case for developing joint solutions, and promoting the joint solution(s) in the marketplace to the respective sales teams and prospective customers. The ideal candidate possesses solid communication skills, an innovative approach to problem solving, and takes pride in accountability and ownership of their domain.
Responsibilities:Drive incremental revenue for Alooma via assigned partners through collaborating with marketing, management, product marketing, and sales including account mapping/alignment.Driving partner-sourced and partner-led sales engagementsEvangelize Alooma through sales training and education with each partnerHelp lead and facilitate executive QBRs, joint executive alignment, and overall engagement, in collaboration with Alooma’s Head of Alliances
About You:2-3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, sales, and/or pre-salesFamiliarity with sales and navigating throughout the sales processComfortable leading teams and projects through influence including developing relationships at multiple levels through consensus buildingProven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, utilizing strong organization skillsUnderstanding of data management and cloud software businessStrong skills in Cloud applications including Salesforce, Slack, and Google mail
